Because we work very hard to keep our prices as low as possible. We are on a network with other jewelers and are constantly seeking the best possible prices on items that we buy. For instance, let’s say that you come into the store looking for a diamond ring. Unless you already know exactly what you are looking for, we work with you to determine what size, color, and quality that will best suit your needs. If we don't have that particular diamond in stock, then we will have to order it for you. Instead of just calling up a standard supplier and ordering the diamond, we will search out the best possible deal and pass those savings on to you.

We do our sizings and other repairs in-house . We do not send your jewelry anywhere to be sized. Another reason that we can do it so quickly is because we have three jewelers on hand to do sizings and repairs. When you buy a ring from us, you do not have to wait days or weeks to wear it. You can wear it the same day.

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be changed online. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll try to catch it before it goes out the door -- most orders process and ship immediately (excluding weekends and holidays). If it has not yet been processed we can cancel your order so that you can place it once more with the correct items. Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of any changes you would like to make. Our team is available Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm PST.

All orders purchased on our website must be returned to our headquarters by mail and cannot be returned to other retailers. Please contact us for additional information on returns.

While most items cannot be customized, we do have some options for you. If you're looking for a longer length necklace, consider purchasing a necklace extender to add up to 3” to your existing chain. You can also mix and match your charm and card selection with our custom necklaces. For a personalized card message and a variety of bestselling necklace options, feel free to browse our website. Please note that custom orders do take a little longer to produce since they are made-to-order especially for you! Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any additional questions.
